Honey is a natural product with high nutritional value.

The bees produce it in the following manner:

They extract nectar from flowers that is a dissolution of sugar (the common sugar we consume daily) in water.

Bees carry nectar to their "crop" and therefore add an enzyme to carry out an Investment enzyme that converts sugar (sucrose) to fructose and glucose, leaving a greater or lesser portion in its original form like sucrose.

Also the bees add valuable substances such as amino acids, vitamins, pollen and other, thus forming:  "Honey"
