Detailed Product Description

AGAVE honey is obtained from the juice is extracted in the cold Penca. This juice contains - apart from other components - a 80%insulin.
By careful enzymatic hydrolysis is converted insulin intofructose and glucose partially sure to leave a good portion of insulinand fructose and glucose sufficient to make it a sweet product.
Juice thus obtained contains 72% water.
Immediately subjected to a process of purification and rectification to include "soften" the taste of agave.
Finally the water is extracted from the juice by evaporation to obtain:
"AGAVE HONEY"
