COCONUT has a syrup consistency and its application was called HONEY COCONUT.
Occurs as follows:
1) is extracted mature coconut water
2)eliminate the "water" the oil that comes from the "copra"
3) filtere and submitte a demineralisation.
4) concentrate by evaporating water at high vacuum, until you get to have the consistency of honey.
5) Finally you add a sweetener to achieve the rich flavor SWEET COCONUT.
